The width of a standard card is very similar to the average size of a lens. This will give you a good reference point.
Place the edge of the card right in the center of your nose, in a vertical position.
A) If the card ends right at the end of your eye, your size is medium. B) If the card extends beyond the end of your eye, your size is small. C) If the card doesn't reach the end of your eye, your size is large
