The width of a standard card is very close to the average size of a lens. It will serve you as a reference.
Place the edge of the card right in the center of your nose, in an upright position.
A) If the card ends just where your eye ends, your size is medium. B) If the card goes beyond the end of your eye, your size is small. C) If the card does not reach the end of the eye, your size is large.
