Currently, only sunglasses are available for online purchase.

Do the glasses have UV protection?
Yes, all our sunglasses include UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
Are they polarized?
Yes, all Kurko Cosmo models incorporate category 3 polarized lenses, ideal to protect you from the sun in bright conditions. In addition, they include an anti-reflective treatment on the inner side that reduces annoying reflections, improving your visual comfort.
Can I mount prescription lenses in sunglasses?
Yes, in many models it is possible. Consult your optician for more technical information.
What does the packaging include?
Case, cleaning cloth and case. Everything you need to take care of your glasses.
Can I return sunglasses?
Yes, provided they are not personalized and within 14 calendar days of receipt.
PRESCRIPTION GLASSES
Can I buy prescription glasses online?
No, only through our authorized opticians. Consult your nearest point of sale.
Do the frames include lenses?
No. They are sold without prescription lenses so that your optician can adapt them to your vision.
Are they suitable for progressive lenses?
Yes, most of them are. If you have any doubts about your prescription, write to us or consult your optician.
Where can I see the frame measurements?
In each product sheet. We include caliber, bridge and rod length for you to compare.
SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
How long does shipping take?
Between 2 and 5 working days in mainland Spain and Portugal. International shipping available.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we send you a tracking number by email when your order leaves the warehouse.
What do I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
Write us by WhatsApp or email and we will give you a solution as soon as possible.
How do I make a return?
Glasses purchased online
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return your glasses.
- You can manage it HERE indicating your order number and e-mail address.
- Cost of return:
- 4,90 € for Spain (peninsula), Balearic Islands and Portugal.
- For the Canary Islands and other countries, please consult us. - The glasses must be returned in their complete packaging (case, box and cloth), well protected.
If your glasses show shipping damage or defects within the 2-year warranty period, please contact us at kurko@kurkovision.com.
Glasses purchased at an optician's
If you purchased your glasses in a physical store, please contact them directly.
They will handle the return according to their own policy.
