These conditions are intended exclusively for end customers (B2C) who purchase products from the KURKO COSMO collection. They do not apply to sales to optical professionals.
The customer selects the desired product and clicks the "Add to cart" button.
Once you have selected all the products, click on "View cart". If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the corresponding field and click on "Apply coupon".
To finish, you must click on "Finalize purchase".
On the next screen, you must:
Enter billing and shipping information, if different.
Enter your credit card information in the space provided.
Accept these terms and conditions by checking the appropriate box.
When the purchase is confirmed, the payment is processed and the customer receives a confirmation email.
When the order has been shipped, a second email will be sent with the tracking number of the shipment.
No registration is required to purchase.
Only payment by credit or debit card is accepted.

Orders are shipped via SENDING and a tracking number is provided.
Remarks:
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside the EU may be subject to taxes, duties or customs charges.
Orders outside the EU are made under the DAP (Delivery At Place) condition, being the customer responsible for these costs.
During periods of high demand (August, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be extended.
Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request the return.

The item must be without signs of use or damage.

Kurko Vision reserves the right to update, modify or delete content on the website, as well as to limit or prevent access temporarily or permanently.
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the domicile of the consumer.

1.- Purpose
1.1 KURKO VISIÓN, S.L., responsible for the web site, makes this document available to the users, with which it intends to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the web site, regarding the conditions of use of the site.
1.2 Any person who accesses this website and uses its services, or provides their data, assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions contained herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.
1.3 The purpose of this contract is to regulate the provision of the services offered through this website, and specifically, the sale of KURKO eyewear.
1.4 The following is the contractual document that will govern the provision of our services and sale of products through the website: www.kurkovision.com property of KURKO VISIÓN, S.L (hereinafter the provider). The acceptance of this document implies that the user:
1.5 The present conditions shall be valid for an indefinite period of time and shall be applicable to all contracts made through the Provider's website, until the publication of a new version.

2.1. On the one hand, the provider, identified above, and on the other hand, the user, registered on the website, who will be responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.
3.- Contracting procedure
3.1 The contracting procedure may be carried out in Spanish or English. If it can be carried out in another language, it shall be indicated before initiating the contracting procedure.
3.2 The user, in order to access the services offered by the provider, must register through the website, either as a user or to carry out a specific order. To do so, the user must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required.

5.1 The prices indicated for each of the services offered on the site do not include Value Added Tax (VAT).
5.2 The prices applicable to each service shall be those published on the website or those offered in the form of offers and promotions on the website or in banners, commercial communications of the provider, etc....
5.3 The invoice shall be delivered together with the order placed.
5.4 In the event that services other than those indicated above are agreed upon, different prices may be established.
5.5 In case of orders of less than 3 units, the invoice will be charged 3,90€ + VAT for shipping costs.
6.- Deadlines
6.1 In general, delivery times shall be 2-3 working days within the EU and about 4-6 working days for all other territories.
7.- Right of withdrawal
7.1 The user has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without justification, always communicating it in writing through the contact form on our website or via email to kurko@kurkovision.com.
7.2 The aforementioned right of withdrawal shall not apply in respect of those products which are made up in accordance with the specifications made by the purchaser or clearly personalized. Supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
7.3 The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.
7.4 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must always notify us in writing via the contact form on our website www.kurkovision.com or by email to kurko@kurkovision.com, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement.
7.5 You may use the contact form, although its use is not mandatory.
7.6 In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
7.7 In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery mode other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
7.8 We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement.
7.9 You shall be responsible for the shipment and bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
7.10 You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
7.11 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods and have checked that none of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply or that the goods have not been damaged.
8.- Shipping
8.1 Shipping will be free of charge for orders of 3 pieces or more. For orders of less than 3 pieces, the shipping cost will be 3,90€+VAT.
9.- Obligations of the user
9.1 The user shall be fully responsible for the confidential treatment and proper custody of the passwords he/she has, avoiding access to them by unauthorized third parties.
9.2 For the contracting of services offered through this web portal, a series of data is requested from the user. The purpose of the aforementioned request is to make this contracting possible and to execute the contracted service in the proper conditions. In this regard the user undertakes that the data requested and declared, are true, complete and accurate, and also undertakes to notify the provider, any changes that affect them as soon as possible, to avoid the problems that may arise if the provider has incorrect or outdated data.
10.- Warranty.
10.1 All products marketed through the website have the corresponding 2-year warranty, in accordance with the terms established in the corresponding regulatory regulations.

13.- Safeguard clause.
13.1 The possible invalidity or ineffectiveness of one or more clauses of these general conditions, due to any cause whatsoever, shall not determine the invalidity or ineffectiveness of the whole, which shall remain in force and effective for all other clauses.
Legislation and jurisdiction
14.1 The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up these Terms of Use, as well as any matter related to the services of the Portal, shall be Spanish law.
14.2 For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the use of the Portal and its services, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the judges and courts of the domicile of the user, or that which, in each case, is established by the regulations on procedural matters and/or consumers and users.
